CommentsCasa ALMARE is situated on a cliff overlooking Bahía de Banderas, a stone’s throw from the town centre in the tourist zone on the road to Barra de Navidad. The extraordinary beauty of its location provides the inspiration for the project’s contemporary, state-of-the-art design.
The design was put together by a fine team of architects, designers and builders: the firm of ELIAS RIZO ARCHITECTS, winners of numerous national and international awards oversaw the project, with MANUEL MORALES responsable for bringing the project to life with painstaking attention to every detail of the construction, and INTERIORISMO COLECTIVO put their extraordinary final touches to the project with a careful selection of ambience and furnishings.
In order for all of the areas of the building to benefit from the dramatic views of the bay, the building is built on four floors. The top floor, which is at street level, is comprised of two blocks divided by a central patio: the first block houses the main entrance (with exterior sea view), parking, storage areas, engine room, staff dormitory (with bathroom); the second block forms a lobby terrace area, with bathroom, bar and a laundry room for those that require it.
The two floors immediately below contain four suites – two per floor – each with its own bathroom, dressing room and terrace with private pool. Finally, on the bottom floor, we find the living and dining areas, kitchen and store area, laundry, the master suite with bathroom and dressing room, and the main terrace with infinity-edge pool and guest bathroom.
All areas boast the very latest in furnishings and hardware.
